We stand behind our training. If you purchase our core program and feel it does not deliver a clear, simple path to running your first massage-focused Facebook ad campaign, you may request a full refund of your purchase price within 30 days of your purchase date.
Simply email us at contact@kickstartlocal.com within 30 days of your purchase, using the email address you used to buy. Let us know your order details and that you'd like a refund. We'll process eligible refunds back to your original payment method.
Optional add-ons and one-time offers follow the same 30-day guarantee unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Where a product includes a live session, done-for-you service, or other personalized service that has already been delivered or scheduled, that portion may be non-refundable; this will be disclosed before you purchase.
If you enroll in a recurring membership, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops upcoming renewals; amounts already billed for a completed period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Approved refunds are typically issued within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
