These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of massagestudiogrowth.com (the "Site") and any products, training, or digital materials offered under the Massage Studio Growth brand by Kickstart Local ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or purchase our products.
We sell digital educational products (including written guides, video training, templates, and related materials). When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share login access, or publicly post our materials.
Prices are shown at checkout and may include optional add-ons or one-time offers you choose to accept. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (through our processor, Stripe) to charge the amounts you approve. Any recurring or subscription charges, if offered and accepted, will be clearly disclosed before purchase and will continue until cancelled.
Digital products are delivered electronically, typically by email and through our members area, shortly after a successful purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. See our Fulfillment Policy for details.

The Site uses third-party services (such as Stripe, Meta, and email providers). Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
